1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Risk Lab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Risk Lab is a trade journaling and position size calculator application. The Service provides tools for logging trades, calculating position sizes based on risk parameters, and tracking trading performance metrics. The Service does not execute trades, provide investment advice, or manage funds on your behalf.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
Risk Lab offers both free and premium tiers:
Free Tier
Includes trade journaling, position size calculator, and basic performance statistics at no cost.
Premium Tier
Includes all free features plus live market data, chart image uploads, auto SL/TP rules, and advanced analytics. Billed monthly at $15/month or annually at $155/year.
Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Payment is processed through Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
- •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- •Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
6. Disclaimer of Liability for Trading Losses
RISK LAB IS A JOURNALING AND CALCULATION TOOL ONLY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT DECISIONS, OR FINANCIAL OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
All trading involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The calculations, statistics, and data provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Risk Lab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
